Refund policy

Please note:  Due to the seasonality of our product, we will NOT accept returns for the following:

Orders placed between December 11-December 31.

For all other orders:

We hope you love your Black Sheep Fam purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. 

There is a $9.00 flat rate return shipping fee that will be applied to your refund.  

To submit a return request:

*Click here to login to your account
*In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue
*In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
*Go back to the online store, and then enter your six-digit verification code
*Click the order that you want to submit the return for
*If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
*Select a return reason and add a note
*Click Request return
*A notification will be sent to our team to either approve or deny the request

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund, minus the $9.00 return shipping fee.

Upon receipt of the return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the $9.00 return shipping fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Route Package Protection, sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.  If you have ordered the wrong size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Orders
We do not accept returns on international orders.
