We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with service providers who help us deliver messages. We use Klaviyo to send text messages.

Who We Share Information With
We share information only as needed to run our store, with trusted service providers including:

• Store and checkout: Shopify, and payment processors including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Shipping and fulfillment: ShipStation and our shipping carriers
• Email and text messages: Klaviyo
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
• Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
• Other marketplaces: Etsy, for orders placed there
• Store features: apps that power customer chat, cart upsells, Shipping Protection and our affiliate program

• To protect our rights, prevent fraud or keep people safe
• In a business transfer, if Black Sheep Fam is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your information may be transferred to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy or one that is equally protective.

We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar tools to show you ads for Black Sheep Fam on other sites and apps. We may share hashed (encrypted) email addresses with advertising partners to help show relevant ads.
