Where do you design your products?
Our Black Sheep Fam products are designed specifically by our team, unique for our brand, in Wisconsin. We take great pride in designing modern and cozy fabrics, prints and styles we think our flock will love!
What is the difference between your fabrics?
Our double brushed butter plush fabric is 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. This fabric is super soft and brushed for cozy lounging. Due to the finishing process of this fabric, styles in this fabric are manufactured in China, using ethically vetted and audited partners.
Our cotton blend fabric is 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex. This fabric is soft inside and out with a touch of spandex for comfort and year-round wear. Our cotton fabric is knitted and dyed in the USA. It is then printed and finished in Guatemala, where it is used in our Cozy Cotton Styles.
What if I notice slight variations in fit, color or hand feel between products?
Our fabrics are well loved with a soft, cozy hand feel. Because of the amount of stretch, brushing, and a variety of printing techniques, it is quite normal for there to be a small variance in fit, color & hand feel between items.
How should I care for my pajamas?
For maximum cozy, we strongly recommend washing your pajamas prior to wear. They will become even softer with every wash.
PRO TIP - Wash inside out and toss in a color catcher sheet for the first couple washes, especially for prints with a lot of red. This will help prevent the colors from bleeding on each other and will keep your jammies looking like new!

How will I know if the Black Sheep Fam has received my order?
For all orders placed with The Black Sheep Fam, you should receive an email from us shortly after submission. If you’re unsure whether your order was submitted, please contact us at hello@theblacksheepfam.com. We’d be happy to check for you!
Can I change my order once I place it?
After an order has been placed, we will not be able to change it. Please double check all sizes, colors, and styles on your order before you hit the “Submit” button.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments after an order has been placed.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt but can be slightly delayed during heavy traffic times.
Can I see my order history?
Absolutely! You can find your full order history online under “Orders” when you log in to your account on our website.
Do I need to create an account to order online?
While we encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you may checkout without one. The benefit of creating an account is being able to see your order history and tracking information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo and The Black Sheep Fam Gift Cards as payment. We do not accept cash or checks.

Where can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also find your tracking information in your order history in your account.
How long does standard shipping take?
When shipping within the continental United States, standard shipping typically takes from three to ten business days to arrive after your order has been shipped. Sometimes unexpected delays may happen, causing orders to be backed up and arrive later than usual. Rest assured; we will work hard to get your order shipped so that it arrives as soon as possible.
What types of shipping options are offered?
Free Standard Shipping - Orders $99+
Standard Shipping (3-8 days) - $10.00
Ground Shipping (2-5 days) - $15.00
Express Shipping (2-3 business days) - $30.00
Next Day Shipping (next business day for orders placed before 12pm CST) - $50.00
International – Calculated by order with duty/taxes paid by customer
Should I purchase the Route Package Protection?
We offer our customers the option of purchasing Route package protection during checkout to safeguard against loss, theft or damage in transit. We highly recommend this option, as we are unable to take liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages once your package departs our warehouse. If you purchase the shipping protection, and have an issue, the Route team will work with you closely to make sure you either receive a refund for your purchase or will submit a new order on your behalf, at no cost to you. As we say, sometimes sheep happens, so it's best to protect yourself!
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia. Please note we are not responsible for any duties and/or customs charges that may be incurred upon delivery. Returns are not allowed for international orders.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
Do you offer returns?
We hope you love your Black Sheep Fam purchase but understand some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, you may request a return within our policy. We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. There is a $9.00 flat rate return shipping fee that will be applied to your refund. See our full return policy and process here: Return Policy. Please note we do not accept returns on clearance items. Route packaging protection is also ineligible to be returned.
Can I exchange an item?
We are not able to accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to submit a return for the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if I received a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards do not expire.
Can I purchase an e-gift card?
Yes! Our e-gift cards make the perfect gift! They can be emailed to yourself or the recipient. You can find this option on our Gift Card page.
