Add Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package goes missing, disappears from the porch or arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement or a refund. No carrier claim forms, no back-and-forth.
How it works

- If something goes wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if it never shows up. Include your order number, plus photos if anything arrived damaged.
- We’ll send a replacement if your item is still in stock, or a refund if it’s not.
