While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when checking out to complete your order without an account.

If you’re able to add an item to your cart on our website, it should be available to purchase! If an item is unavailable, you will not be able to add it to your cart or to check out.

There are several factors that can affect when an item is restocked, both in our control and outside of it. The best way to check to see whether an item is restocked is to regularly check back on our website.

Unfortunately, if an item is not showing up on our website, it means that the item has sold out or is discontinued. We’re sorry for the disappointment!

After an order is placed, we will not be able to change it. Please double check all sizes, colors, and styles on your order before you hit the “Submit” button.

We are currently taking pre-orders until October 31.  All orders taken during this time will be shipped starting November 1.  After November 1, when you place an order, we will try our best to ship within 24-48 hours. The exception would be orders that include personalized items, where our turnaround is 5-10 days

While we do our best to ensure that our inventory is accurate, sometimes mistakes happen, and we have to cancel items that have sold out. If an item is not available from an order for whatever reason, you will receive an email from us.

When shipping within the continental United States, we expect standard shipping typically takes from seven to ten business days to arrive after your order has been shipped.  Sometimes unexpected delays may happen, at which time things may be backed up and arrive later than usual.  Rest assured, we will work hard to get your order out the door to arrive as soon as possible. 

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. If you placed your order as a registered customer, you can also find your tracking information in your order history on your My Account Page.

Periodically, we will send our customers a special promo code that can be used online. Yes!  Our E-Gift cards make the perfect gift!  E-Gift cards can be emailed to either yourself or the recipient.  You can find this option on our Gift Card page.
